Sorry for not updating for almost a month...to tell you the truth, my friends, I wasn't too happy about the things around me and I don't have the mood to update my blog.
God had allowed a number of challenges happening on me in the month of January. Didn't seem to be a good start of 2007, eh? It wasn't easy to say "Praise the Lord" every morning. Yet, I guess He probably wants to train this unemployed person during this time of year to be more equipped and ready to work and able to face adversities when he gets his job.
Am I comforting myself by rationalization? ....well, let's see.....I will reply to this specific question by the end of 2007.
buddies, don't worry, at least, I'm coming up from the valley and trying out 逆境自強 now. well....I'm also available for a drink or a chat ga!

劫後餘生...感謝神!!!
所謂“劫後餘生”， 我現在終於明白了。
昨晚約11:15pm, 在Knight橋經歷了人生第一次重大的車禍，因前車急刹而導致四車連環相撞 （我是中間的第三架車）。我雖然刹停了自己的車，沒有撞向前面，可是後面來的來勢洶洶，把我們的車夾在中間，結果車子前後也遭殃了(而且據我觀察,“内傷”非常嚴重！)。幸而，自己完全沒有受傷，只是女朋友的肩膀被拉緊了一點兒而已。由於我有買保險，相信自己應該不需要因爲這次意外作出任何賠償，只是需要為報案和維修車子而煩惱而已。
無論如何，這是一次（希望是一生中只發生一次的）難忘和寶貴的經歷，也實在要好好的感恩！

平安? 平淡?
不經不覺，回到溫哥華兩個星期了。見了很多朋友，吃了很多餐飯，在聖誕新年之後，朋友們不是回到各個工作崗位，就是回到校園裏去了。好像在一切喧鬧之後，回歸平淡了。
自己嗎？其實心裏一直有著一份"平安"。無他的，這正是我還在香港, 還沒回來之前，盼望著的這份平安。沒有工作的日子，像是平淡的，像是無聊的，其實我自己心裏最清楚。
很久沒有這樣接近大自然了。想起我爸爸愛聽的一首老歌："青青的山倒映照淡綠湖上，看水色襯山光， 浮雲若絮天空裏自在遊蕩， 笑蒼生太繁忙。" 這裏真的有類似的一幅圖畫！這份大自然給我的平安，沒有人能夠奪去的 （感謝創造大自然的造物主）！
所以，與其說"渴望已久的平淡" ，不如說"久違了的平安"更好！香港的朋友們，很羡慕吧?
P.S. 別擔心，我欣賞大自然之餘，也正在努力的尋找工作呢！也開始了我的"體重控制計畫"，積極地每天游水!!

Friends for Life...friends in the Eternal Life!
Happy 2007, friends! Wish you another wonderful year full of heavenly blessings!
This is my most valuable group of friends - the Animals. We gathered to count down the year 2006 yesterday.
We are "animals" because we are all beloved creatures and the wonderful handcraft of God. In fact, they're not just friends, they're my spiritual soulmates whom I can share almost anything. They're my friends for life....and even....friends that I would meet in the Eternal Life, I believe, as we are all Christians!
P.S. PIG, thanks for your warm call. See, we all did miss you!!!
